I had taken my 2016 Outback to an independent garage to change the clock spring and it went horribly bad. Mike Shaw service representative Brandon, is absolutely the best service rep I have encountered in my 67 years of life. I even bought a Subaru hat for my neighbor, she had bought a new Subaru four months ago. I let her know about my experience with Mike Shaw Subaru and to make sure to talk to Brandon, the young man that took care of this disabled Veteran. Best advertising is word of mouth

I missed my appointment, but went in about two hours late to apologize and reschedule. Ben Hare got me in right away for my service appointment, they washed my car, and he even found someone to show me why my GPS was not coming up on my screen. Thanks Ben!
