Very efficient

I arrived about 8 min early to my appointment. Because my scheduled tech (Wally) wasn’t there, I was told to stand by his desk until he got back. Even though no one else was with a customer. (Found that a little odd)While waiting for my service I noticed other techs came to get or consult with their clients.When my car was done; Wally called me instead of walking over to the lounge to get me.Just felt a little impersonal this go round.

I have always appreciated the service here. This time I was disappointed on the service texting while I waited asking about servicing the oil leak which also included other service recommendations, but the agent never spoke to me about the specifics or why.

Ben Hare took care of my service in half a day for a 30K Schedule. He cleared extra issues with tests at no further expense. I appreciate the "above & beyond" service ...
