Ean was exceptional in making sure that all my concerns were covered, and arranged rides for me and had the car washed.Another service place had changed the engine oil, which now leaked, plus the transmission also started leaking oil. The other place said they didn't cause either of the new leaks, and told me I need a new transmission. Their estimate was well over $10k! Ean told me the leak could be repaired for free under warranty and that the engine oil leak, with an oil change, could be done for $88. Great news! Ean could not have been better.

An electrical problem, which was investigated and solved quickly by Ean, the service representative. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and very efficient in his work. He is a valuable member of your organization.
