I had taken my 2016 Outback to an independent garage to change the clock spring and it went horribly bad. I missed my appointment, but went in about two hours late to apologize and reschedule. Ben Hare got me in right away for my service appointment, they washed my car, and he even found someone to show me why my GPS was not coming up on my screen. Thanks Ben!
