My service advisor was great and I liked the recommendation list sent to me. The only downside to my visit was that no one approached me when pulled into the service bay. I waited 5 min and then I went and asked for help.

I waited for my service since it only took a couple of hours. The waiting area was very comfortable, the service rep kept me informed and up to speed on what was being done. The service cost what I expected and took as long as I expected.
