I actually did have an unusual and upsetting event happen upon my arrival to drop off our Forrester. I was told Ben was to assist me. When I walked up to him, I told him I had a 1:30 appt. His response was "Oh, you're early"(by 30 min). I could see he was starting his lunch and I told him. I would be happy to work with someone else so he could eat his lunch, but he said "No, you're assigned to me". Asked for the keys and went to do his thing. He came back and said what do you want done. I said we'd like whatever it's due for. He rolled his eyes and shook his head. I then said that I would like to work with someone else. His asked "why" and I said because he was acting like a jerk towards me. He turned around and in front of all the other employees yelled "Alex, could you take this one, she says I'm acting like a jerk". I went over to Alex's desk where he apologized profusely for his coworker's behavior and he assisted with my check in. He was extremely polite and kind.If Alex hadn't assisted me, I would have left. I've never had a bad experience at this dealership and have never been treated poorly like Ben chose to do that day. I don't like to cause issues but Ben's attitude and behavior was inexcusable.Please don't ever assign Ben to our Forester again.Thank you, Nanette Kirby

I showed up without an appointment. We had accidentally dislodged our rearview mirror from it's mount on the windshield. While the techs at the check-in were not able to get it reattached, they were able to get it pulled back and get me on the road shortly afterwards. Very friend, very professional, they were awesome.

The service provider was great and my car was ready in record time. I had to laugh at the free car wash. My car was washed, but they did not ash the back/trunk of the car!!!
