Our 2020 crosstrek had blew white smoke just once that I seen. Dropped it off to Mike shaw subaru and Ean Barberi our service advisor provided communication during them trying to duplicate what I had seen. They had the car 2 days and it wouldn't do it, i was pikcing the car back up and it happened.So they kept it and turns out it was a headgasket. They provided a loaner car while they diagnosed and fixed our car. Service advisor Ean Barberi was helpful and nice to deal with during the process. Communicated during the process.Thankful the service was covered with the original warranty.
