First of all I want y'all to know the 5 stars is for my sales rep Ryan. I give the new service agenda 1 star. I got a text from the mechanics in the back suggesting additional things I need done. Some are in red meaning it needs done asap and others in yellow to just keep an eye on. Turned out I already had the "red" ones done last time I came in. What the heck. Not cool.

Quick, understood what I wanted, scheduled soon, and done within time frame.
