Easy to work with. Worst part was the delay in getting the paperwork done. Told it would be an hour left of paperwork and was actually close to 3 hours (after we had already done initial paperwork).

Maintenance issues addressed. Service Advisor recommended a service that was optional. Service for oil change, tire rotation and alignment was slightly longer than anticipated.

The team at Mike Shaw was amazing. My windshield was hit while driving and needed immediate replacement. They assisted with ease, making the experience seamless and quick.

Brought car in for 30000 mile checkup said it would take certain amount of time. It was done right on time staff was real friendly and professional.

Buying a car can sometimes be painful and time consuming. I had a very good experience at Mike Shaw and found everyone to be extrememly nice, making sure we were being taken care of every step of the way. Spencer Watson was a great sales person to help me buy my new car. He is very knowlegeable, friendly and answered any questions I had. He made the experience enjoyable.

Checkout process was a bit tedious. It took 3 hours, much of which was idle time. Otherwise, it was an OK experience.

Every aspect of my visit was excellent, from welcome, test drive through the financing.
