Eric Grimm is kind, patient, and respectful. He really made my experience feel pressure free and gave me confidence in buying my new car. He was knowledgeable about the car, and gave me thorough information without overwhelming me. He listened to what I wanted/needed in a car and helped me make the best decision without making me feel like he was just trying to sell a unit.I really enjoyed my experience and will be working with him again in the future when my lease is up.
