Clayton was very friendly and helpful, best service I've ever received at Mike Shaw Subaru. My timing was good as I dropped in for an oil change and had little or no wait. Love the new waiting room, though I miss the vending machine as I prefer soft drinks vs coffee or water. The "quiet area" is great for getting some work or reading done while waiting.
