After pulling into service drive way I waited more than 10 minutes which has never happened before. Once I meet Wally, everything went smoothly as it normally does. Wally apologized for the long wait in the car. Wally went far beyond my expectations, and was courteous, yet very attentive to all my service needs.

Overall, the service rep was helpful and I was pleased with the work. However, I've had concerns with the service department's knowledge surrounding 5 tire rotations. The rep didn't know that 5 tires can be programmed into the system, and that reprogramming is not necessary every time the tires are changed. On a previous visit a different rep wasn't familiar with the 5 tire rotation at all. One time the tires were not rotated the direction shown in the manual and I was concerned the tires would not be wearing evenly, so now I leave the manual on the front seat open to that page. For vehicles with a full size spare it should be a common and recommended service to do a 5 tire rotation so that they all wear evenly and the spare doesn't become unusable with different tread depths. It also extends the life of all tires. Better training on this is definitely needed throughout the service department.
