Made an appointment for Friday 9am expecting to get back same day, but my car wasn’t ready til Monday. They did give me some discounts for my trouble. I just wish the tech would have called to give me updates as promised instead of having me drive an hour out of my way for a vehicle that wasn’t close to being ready. It didn’t make me feel like my time was valued even though I did really appreciate the price break.
