The tow truck asked me where to take my car and of course I said MikeShaw Subaru. Your service department went all out to ease my nerves and stress and were able to fix the steering problem and bring my car up to date, for a very reasonable price. The service dept. at Mike Shaw Subaru consistently exceeds my expectations. Prompt & courteous always but on my recent visit attention was given to the fact that I will be doing a long road trip. A couple items were brought to my attention & addressed which helped to ensure I would not experience any unexpected issues while traveling. By far, the best dealer service I have ever experienced. They have created a loyal customer in me.
