The experience was great! My service advisor Benjamin Neumiller was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He and the technicians didn't suggest anything extra besides the pressing issue that I initially brought it in for and the services were performed in a timely manner. All of my experiences at Mike Shaw have followed this similar pattern and that is what has made choose to return to service my vehicle. I want to thank everyone that made this experience possible and look forward to more experiences like this in the future. Much gratitude!

Had my brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced. After going to a quick location for a tire rotation it was clear I needed new tires due to the hard pulling to the right of my steering wheel because of uneven wear. At the time I wasn’t ready to put new tires on so they worked with me and just rotated the tires back which fixed the pulling problem.Only 4 stars because when I arrived the guy ushering me continue to wave me on even after I paused, unsure if the bike on my roof had enough clearance. It didn’t, the bike tire hit the garage. Really careless mistake and embarrassing for both of us.
