Great! Larry in customer service was awesome! Got information to me on my cell phone including pictures before my scheduled appointment time. Explained my problem so that I understood it. He helped me put the credit card in the little machine to pay folks and walked me out to my car and made sure I got in OK Did not have my cane with me so was walking a little uncomfortably. Called a day or so ago and spoke with Alex in your service department, I think He is, because Kevin was not available at the time and I gave Jeff the best compliments I could!

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. My repair was going to take a long time so I was given a loaner car. I usually wait for my car while work is done. I appreciated the loaner so I could run some errands and then go home.

They did a good job taking care of my recall and inspections, but it took double the time they said it would!
