The experience was great! My service advisor Benjamin Neumiller was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He and the technicians didn't suggest anything extra besides the pressing issue that I initially brought it in for and the services were performed in a timely manner. All of my experiences at Mike Shaw have followed this similar pattern and that is what has made choose to return to service my vehicle.
