Service reps very nice and quick to take your vehicle back for service. Wait time was what I was told.

Ean in the service department is one of the kindest, most efficient service advisors I’ve ever worked with! I was in a bad situation with a poorly done oil change at another place. He took care of the problem quickly and was never judgmental. He was very good at communicating as well.

Went in for an oil change and to check on my brakes due to some shaking whilst braking at 12pm. I assumed it would be a long wait 4+ hrs, but once it hit about 6pm I was given a loaner car and was asked to come back Monday due to complications. Everything went great other than the wait which was expected. Thanks y'all, I really do hope to continue doing business with you!

I was promptly greeted by a service writer. They offered me a coffee or water while they took the information off the car.
