Marcus took care of things quickly, and dug in when I mentioned the noise over bumps that we'd been experiencing despite earlier work to fix it. He confirm at pick-up that the issue is definitely present and asked that i set another appointment when we're able to leave it for longer. Glad he cared to pull out more detail.

I made an appointment for my 6k service. Ben greeted me and showed me to the waiting room, where there is free water, coffee and snacks. My car was done in about an hour.
