My husband talked to Tom to let him know what Subaru Ascent we were interested in and how could we hold it until Sat when we could get up there. Tom took a down payment for us and then set up the appointment to look at the car. He was going to be out of town that day so he had Austin take care of us. Austin was personable and so was the finance person who got us a better rate than my own credit union.

I am changing my prior review. I took my car in for the 30-thousand-mile check up and some things were missed, and Kevin was immediately responsive and professional about making things right that it stood out as excellent customer service. I highly appreciated it.

Fast and efficient. Quick to accommodate a later appointment when I discovered my car had a flat tire and would miss the original time.

Two parts had to be installed.

The reason I made the appointment was to repair my AC. The estimate was much too expensive. I am having someone else repair my AC. No one at Mike Shaw noticed there was a peanut and acorn under the rim of my hood and squirrels probably caused the damage. I did appreciate how easily Mike Shaw provided transportation home and back.

Everything was great, Austin did a great job. Finance did a great job. The Car is in repair so I haven't drove the car yet.

Left car at store. Came back home with taxi.
