We were very pleased with Cliff our salesman.He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy. He worked with me to get a good deal and I feel confident that I did. The dealership itself was very clean and welcoming. The staff was polite and attentive to our needs.

I came to MS for an alignment. Larry was great, kept me updated, and provided info on suggested repairs. I had expected to wait for my car, but since the car was going to take longer than anticipated, Larry called a Lyft service to take me home, which I really appreciated! I’ve been very pleased with Mike Shaw Subaru. SO MUCH better than Flatirons Subaru service experience
