We Set up an appointment to test drive the 2021 Expedition Alex was efficient, nice and to the point.

It was good. All went as expected/requested with the exception of one thing. When I arrived to pick up the vehical, the tires had not been rotated as requested, but that was quickly resolved and I was on the road shortly after the missing service was rectified. I would like to say thank you for making sure the vehical was into service and ready for transportaton within 24 hours of requesting service and repairs. I was In CO to pick the vehical up and return it to UT, it was not safe to drive and I was able to get he car in and fixed with quick turn around. It made it safely back to UT. Thaks again for all your help!

I took my car in for the scheduled maintenance appointment, but dropped it off the evening before. I received a link introducing me to my service tech by 6 32 am the next morning. I had my car back by noon the next day, washed and serviced!

I really appreciate that Wally realized and reminded me I had a prepaid service plan and made sure I wasn’t charged for the basics of the 30,000 mile service. I wish that had been caught before when I paid for two services before that, but that’s on me for not recalling I had that wrapped into the original loan when I bought the Outback there in 2020. I’ve always had good experiences here.

I had the best experience during my visit. Thorough inspection was completed with recommended services. Wally was great at his job and had the best customer service altitude.

Cliff is pleasant and professional. We knew we wanted an Ascent and he made the purchasing process a breeze. The financing was clearly explained by Randon.

Alternator had to be replaced. As usual Brendon took very good care of me.
