5 Stars is not enough for this place! I have taken my car here since I moved back in November. I'd been having significant issues, and needed serious help. The people at Mike Shaw Subaru instantly assisted me when I pulled my car into the garage. From there, they were incredibly thorough and found the cause of my problems. Not only did they give me an accurate quote before servicing my vehicle, they also asked me for permission before performing any repairs. They were so friendly with every interaction I had, and their service was both excellent and quick. From my first service appointment to several oil changes I've had since then, I plan to take my car to Mike Shaw Subaru for everything in the future!

My visit was great !!! Brad (I think that’s the person who checked me in he had a ponytail) was great !!! I can’t say nothing more but great things about him he was helpful and was attentive to my needs and to is overall a great asset to Mike Shaw !!! Especially the mechanic !!!! I don’t remember his name well but man was he helpful and gave me great insight on what was wrong with my subi!!! Great communication and transparent which is great to have nowadays for a mechanic !! This is my second time taking my car in to run diagnostics and I’m very pleased with the work !! Best prices also as many would assume getting work done at a name brand dealer would run their pockets drys but not here no other mechanics can beat the price of Mike Shaw and to make it better OEM!!!!
