Let me tell you, Austin, he's the guy you want to talk to when buying a car. This man is so nice and was so accommodating, very no-nonsense. I needed to just go in and get a car for a good price, and within an hour and a half or so we did just that. Great guy, super understanding.

Most importantly, they never once.made me feel rushed or pressured. The end result is that they sold a Subaru to an old Toyota/Honda guy, and my family and I love our new car!

I really wanted to be upset with the cost. Honestly Mike Shaw made it impossible to feel like I was not getting a good deal on the work they did to my car. Between the loaner and the repairs they did without up charging, they proved to be a honest repair shop. They made me feel like my car was in good hands and I never felt like there was unreasonable charges. I would and will be using their shop again without a doubt.
