Quick professional service

Mathias helped check me out when I was picking my car up at the end of the day, and he did a great job explaining the service that was done on my vehicle. I will definitely be seeing him again when I come back in for service.

The wait was longer than quoted but loved the Lyft service. The waiting room was nice with snacks and coffees. I appreciate the car wash although it wasn’t the best wash my car has gotten. Ben was great!

I needed a second key for my 2012 subaru outback. In spite of initial misunderstanding, Mathias, I think service manager, in my opinion resolved the problem promptly and professionally leaving me with overall very positive experience of the dealership.

Ben was an excellent service technician. The assigned mechanic also did a great job. Well unable to fix my console and radio system, they, Mike Shaw Subaru, and Subaru worked to find a way to get me a Goodwill warranty on the radio. They also found a screw on the interior of my tire, which was very helpful. I give Ben a five. I give the mechanic a five. I give Mike Shaw Subaru a 5. And I have a bunch deeper understanding of why people are so devoted to Subaru and its products. I think I'll have a Subaru for the rest of my life!
