First time at Mike Shaw after being consistently frustrated and disappointed by the service at Flatiron Subaru. You guys definitely won a new service customer! Basically everything was what I expected. #1. Give me a reasonable estimate of the cost and time for the inspection and expected services. #2) Communicate quickly and efficiently about any updates to that estimate and progress #3) Meet or exceed the timeframe you suggested. That's all I really expect and you guys did great. Ean was very thorough about some of the upcoming maintenance I'm likely to need, but I appreciated that no one tried to obnoxiously sell me more than I needed on that day.The waiting room was pleasant and I actually got a lot of work done while waiting. Overall, a totally great experience that day. I will be back!
