I made an appointment to bring my 2011 legacy in for an oil change. Marcus was my rep and everything was completed in an hour. He had the keys ready after pulling the car around.

Quick and friendly service

Got an oil change on my new Subaru and everything was great, super easy in and out!!Also looked into a used car for my mom and had excellent service from Anthony-- most impressed because the used car had just recently come onto the lot and they didn't have all the details yet...and I made an offer to buy it close to what it was listed for after looking it over and test driving it. Instead of taking the offer and running they let me know the found out about an issue that would have potentially been very costly had I have purchased it as is. I didn't end up buying it but am confident in their transparency and will continue to purchase from them in the future!

I had to wait 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I wish that information was shared prior to the appointment. Other than that, Ben was great and very helpful.

The service advisor, Ean, was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the comment from the service tech, Jeff, in the inspection video that my car appeared to be well taken care of.

Ean was most helpful. As I was leaving my husband noticed something hanging down under my car. I went back in to Service to tell Ean. He checked it out and pulled the car back in to Service. The problem was that the cover for where oil is drained out was missing a clip. (This has happened previously. Fortunately, this time it was caught before leaving Mike Shaw.)Ean was able to fix it quickly.

Mike Shaw service is great! Just had my 120k service done there. Free Lyft ride, happy service personnel, and a good atmosphere. Pricing in line with other dealers. Very happy with this service facility.
