Brought my car in because all kinds of lights and messages came on in my car. The service team got it checked out and got everything thing fixed up including some maintenance items in less than a week. I have had this car for eight years and this was the first time I've had to do anything more than basic maintenance. Ean Barberi (hopefully I am close on the spelling) did a good job explaining what was wrong and kept me informed about what was happening which I greatly appreciated!!!

My Service Manager was efficient and even changed a quote on a service to make it more realistic to the actual problem. I truly appreciated that.

Easy check in, friendly staff, nice waiting room, work on my car done within estimated time given. However, no "next oil change" sticker not placed on my car and your staff did not provide exterior car wash, which was listed as part of the service I would receive.

I enjoyed my time while I was at Mike Shaw Subaru. During my wait, I was able to snack on what they had on the waiting-room counter, including coffee/tea. This helped me feel patient with my wait, even though I was out the door, ready to go, in no time! They were selling Subaru hoodies, mugs, flashlights etc. which was awesome!
