Paul came to our rescue when our 2024 Subaru outback wilderness edition (one week old from Austin Subaru) was broken into during a family road trip. The front passenger window was smashed. He answered a call to the parts department at 7:15am, got a glass replacement from Boulder and helped us get into the service department where Kevin and Marcus were on it, they all made it possible for us to be back on the road by 2pm that same day, felt like a miracle. Thank you!!!
