Had a scheduled appointment for a 30K service on my 2022 Outback with Ben N. There was a bit of confusion to start, but Ben said he would look into it. He said the would proceed with the work and find out what was going on. Next thing I knew he was coming to let me know that they worked through the issue and the service had been completed. He went above and beyond and really took care of things.

Ben was a rockstar. Really appreciate him going above and beyond during my appointment. Everyone at Subaru make the experience great each time.

The salesman helped me right away and found the car I was looking for. All staff were very nice.I liked that it didn't take all day. The salesman also spent time with me in the car after I purchased itand went over all of the functions and helped me pair my phone. Probably the best car buyingexperience I have had.

Also Ean in the shop for getting me a chair right away Tuesday when I came in as I had fallen on my steps on the way over a few minutes earlier. And Simon called me right away Tuesday morning after I left several messages on Monday, before one of your young ladies I spoke with that day told me he did not work on Mondays. Have been happy with Simon's help, and others, this last month or so, on my three service appointments. He even drove me around after your technician discovered the R bushing thing on the front tire after tesst driving after they completed changing my rear brakes a few weeks ago. I couldn't tell where the problem was, but he tried very hard for me. Loaned my car to a family member a few days later and they felt the problem and told me not to drive it any more than I had to and to get it in for service right away, which you were able to do.
