Engine light was on and they diagnosed the thermo something was bad so fortunately my car was still under warranty. It was fixed plus they found my AC was leaking and fixed the leak. So appreciative

Jamie Chu was beyond amazing!! She helped us make a new purchase possible after a horrendous experience with another sales worker the day before. Jamie is the sole reason I will continue to return to Mike Shaw. I will be recommending Jamie to anyone who asks. She was kind, understanding, knowledgeable, funny, quick and most of all she made us feel like a human and not a walking dollar sign. I hope Mike Shaw Subaru understands what a valuable asset they have in Jamie and give her the recognition, respect and opportunities she deserves.
