Good service as always. Although this time the Lyft ride wasn’t offered.

Waited 25 minutes to get checked in for a 10am appointment. The man in the counter next to me helped me get to the service person that needed to help me. Car recall explained & other issues that couldn’t be duplicated & said to return if continues. Very courteous! Car returned from car wash with rear window entire tail gate & bumper still dirty.
