I took my car in for the the navigation. Your service department was the best. They helped me , got me a loaner car and were prompt and efficient. Alex was my service managerWhen I bought. My car Jaime was also excellent. I enjoyed the experience immensely

Experience went well. They provided the services I asked for in a timely manner. However, they did not send me a result of the inspection before payment, so I was not able to know about another urgent service that my car needed till after the fact

I wished you do what Honda used to do & when our service was done they gave us a list of upcoming service that we should do. I also wished that you would check all my levels when it was in for service as a curtesy service.

Amazing experience with the Mike Shaw team and specifically Jeremy Potts. We purchased two vehicles (24 Outback Touring XT & 23 WRX GT) the same day as well as traded in two. Process was much better than we anticipated and thoroughly enjoyed Jeremy throughout the process.
