Wally was very helpful and professional.

I dropped my car off for an oil service. Tire rotation and a cabin filter change. I was told they would keep me informed on the progress and they did. They also performed the multipoint inspection. I told them to take their time because i work within a 5 minute walk from the dealership. They text me it was done 2 hours after i dropped it off. I told the service tech that i didnt need it till 4pm and even taking their time it was ready in 2 hours. Outstanding service center!!

I was planning to drive my outback from Denver to Vancouver, Canada. To make sure my car would not give me any trouble for this long drive, I brought in my car for an inspection. My car was fully inspected with a detailed list of parts inspected, for free. Also, the waiting room was full of people with no outlet for me to plug in my laptop. Seeing I was struggling, Tom, an employee in the sales department took me to his desk, getting my laptop plugged in. I felt very valued and well taken care of the whole time. I do want to thank the whole team.
