My husband and I were traveling in Colorado in our new Subaru and because of the mileage, needed an oil change. Mike Shaw accommodated my husband and rotated the tires as well.

We were traveling cross country, about 200 miles before arriving our destination the check engine light appeared on dash in addition to other indicators.This was late in the day on a Friday ...I called service and they accommodated us with a early morning appointment that following Monday.They offered a Lyft ride for us, which was much appreciated, keep us well informed of the status of service as well.We travel yearly and this is not the first time we had our vehicle serviced at Mike Shaw Subaru.We highly recommend this dealership.

My service was completed in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and very comfortable. Alex, who checked me in and out was wonderful and explained things and options clearly.

The service department here has become my first stop for any issues with my Subaru. There are some garages in the area that are great for oil changes and basic maintenance, but Mike Shaw resolves issues in one visit, where others might take three.
