Everything was as expected

I had a unique situation where a family member graciously purchased my new car for me, in addition to trading in my older Subaru purchased from Mike Shaw Subaru in 2019. Everyone was very helpful, though I was passed around between several different salespeople and a sales manager to complete the sale. I felt cared for by each salesperson and manager and I am thrilled wit my new car.

Samantha Leakas was wonderful to work with. She listened to what I wanted, my budget and what mattered to me. She helped me look a a range of cars and was very patient with me. This is my second vehicle I have purchased at Mike Shaw Subaru and great customer service like hers is why I came back.

Not was very helpful in explaining the problem with my car. He answered all of my questions and even told me things about my Forester that I didn't know about! Did you know that the back seats in the forester recline?!
