I met with Austin told him what I was looking for and he showed me a new forester - I test drove it and bought it the same day. Great to work with knowledgeable and friendly - my son and daughter were there and he answered all our questions. I love the car, cloth seat are the best my only complaint is the darker color is hard to get used to my other Forster was the lighter blue gray. Cliff your sales representative was the utmost in professionalism. We were able to get a very good price online and over the phone since we were out of town. We were able to fly into Denver on a Tuesday morning get a cab to the dealership where our new Ascent was out front with a big bow on it. I had to wait a long time for the car I reserved but it was worth it in the end because I now have the car I wanted. Great communication between Tommy Lee & I the whole way through. Tommy Lee was able to look at other available cars when the one I reserved did not come in. Great customer service, communication, I felt like the sales person cared & was empathetic to my situation. 5 stars!
