I was greeted promptly and the service tech listened to my problem and looked at the computer readouts I had received from the glass replacement company. The work was completed promptly and the technician’s explanation was thorough. I was out in slightly over two hours including an oil change. Good service!

Oil change, Had my winter tires taken off, replaced with regular tires. Had to have them aligned which took a long time extra. Was there over 4 hours, but they fid wash my car!

All in all it was good and what I was expecting price wise. Professional experience and it was all over 1/2 earlier than they had predicted.

Brandon was my service representative and he did an outstanding job of taking care of me and my Subaru when I came into Mike Shaw for an oil change. He was kind, polite, and thorough with my service. I'll definitely ask for Brandon to assist me with my service the next time I bring my Subaru to Mike Shaw's.
