I had to wait a long time for the car I reserved but it was worth it in the end because I now have the car I wanted. Great communication between Tommy Lee & I the whole way through. Tommy Lee was able to look at other available cars when the one I reserved did not come in. Great customer service, communication, I felt like the sales person cared & was empathetic to my situation. 5 stars!
