We had our Subaru Crosstrek in for repairs. No intention to buy a car. Marcus is an awesome Service Advisor. They did the diagnostics and showed us pictures and he explained the needed repairs. The service took a little bit longer than expected but he gave us a loner to drive. A 2023 Crosstrek which made it very tempting to look at buying another car.Thanks Marcus!!

The entire process from my wife and I initially just looking into the option of buying our first Subaru (for our son) to test driving it and the explanation of all the details and options etc…to our purchase decision, completing all paperwork and even thorough explanation and hands-on directions using the new Subaru technology systems prior to leaving the lot was amazing.Tom DeHerrera, our salesman from start to finish was absolutely fantastic and perfect; we are thankful that Tom was our salesman and representative through this entire process. My wife especially hates the sales process and pressure most car dealer salesman are common for using, Tom was a perfect gentleman and made sure the Subaru we purchased was perfect for our sons first vehicle and that the entire process was pleasant and bearable. Tom also impressed wife by paying attention to and communicating with BOTH of us, husband and wife. Had Tom only communicated with me as the husband and head of the house, we would have walked away ~ it offends my wife greatly when we are both there and she is ignored.
