There's nothing like being a silver-haired woman, driving into a dealership's service bay and being respectfully welcomed. Service Adviser Mathias Horchreder and support team diligently investigated and solved a problem on my 2016 Outback. Mathias' communications with me was educational, affable and intelligent.
