Eric could not have been better. My car was dying and I was a mess trying to find a suitable vehicle to drive. Between picking up my granddaughter from school (I had a twenty minute window) delivering her to gymnastics, then picking her up for grandma time, I managed to buy a car, only because of Eric's kindness and thinking. I found the title and took it to him, forgetting to bring my check book. Eric drove me to my bank branch where I got a check, came back and vola, I bought the perfect car for me.

Good experience

Had a most excellent experience taking our 2018 Forester to Mike Shaw’s service department. Called on a Friday and they were able to get us in Saturday. They performed a 30000 mile tune and oil change and was able to pick my car back up that afternoon. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

I had a very positive and relaxing car buying experience because of Alex. The entire process with returning my lease and getting into a new lease from start to finish has been so great with Alex’s help and guidance.
