Dealing on on Automobile can be be a frustrating and sometimes unpleasant experience. This was not the case when I recently leased a 2023 Ascent for Mike Shaw Subaru. The salesman was courteous, very professional and did not employ any of the high-pressure tactics the that are often present during the negotiations.

service performed as requested, however, give that the breaks were defective after 6,000 miles, I would have expected new rotors and pads rather that a resurface of the rotors.
