There's nothing like being a silver-haired woman, driving into a dealership's service bay and being respectfully welcomed. Service Adviser Mathias Horchreder and support team diligently investigated and solved a problem on my 2016 Outback. Mathias' communications with me was educational, affable and intelligent. (He's a keeper!) I came in with a problem and left with a smile. That's the way Mike Shaw Subaru works.

Mr. Wally is the best. He understood that my funds were tight and didn't pressure me with unnecessary repairs. The service took way longer than expected but MR. WALLY did right by me. That day I will be returning. But only if Mr. Wally is there. He is a truly under valued employee
