Alex was very thorough with me and what was going on with my car. They found an oil leak that had been then for quite sometime. My car went in for something else and they found it. I have always used Flatirons Subaru but not anymore. Thank you

I wasn't greeted outside, which was kind of nice, because there wasn't a lot of pressure. Once inside, I was greeted quickly by Devin, who was very accommodating. I knew what I wanted, so there wasn't much back and forth.

satisfied with the work but a little disappointed with how long I had to wait. The wait wasn't that long but a lack of communication during the wait. No verbal communication and the online tracking wasn't updated until the very end.

Answered my questions assured and explained the condition of my tires , brakes and car. They graciously change the time on my clock.....that I can't figure out. Always friendly and helpful!

I brought my car in for an annual tune-up. The Service Advisor, Ben Hare, was friendly and efficient. He thoroughly explained all of the estimated charges and detailed the service process. He later checked with me for my approval of additional repairs that were needed. He kept me posted on the progress being made in the service area. He also estimated the exact time repairs would be completed and he was spot on. He also arranged transportation for me back and forth to your shop. I couldn't have asked for a better Service Advisor. He was terrific! And Subaru is wonderful. I love my car.

It was ok, but I found grease/oil marks on the driver side door on the hand grip!
