First, I want to say I made my appointment online. But then, I called in to be sure I wrote clearly. I was treated with excellent customer service and believe me, I did not expect that! When I took my car in, I got the loaner car that I had requested. I was treated with repect, Indeed, my service writer even looked me in the eye when speaking to me. As I have a difficult time walking, he got me a chair. I received this same treatment when I came back to pick up my car. I never expected a young man to pay that much attention to me! He explained what was done to my car before I paid. (He had called to tell when it was done and to get the ok to do the work before that). Thank You, Alex. Overall, this service writer was an excellent employee for Mike Shaw!

I purchased my vehicle out of state from another dealership. 6 days after purchase it had a catastrophic electrical failure and the wiring harness has to be replaced. It took several weeks to get the part in and complete repairs. My service advisor Ean Barberi was simply amazing! He worked with Subaru to get the repairs covered and provided me an update daily on the status of repairs. This experience far exceeded my expectations, as Mike Shaw even gave me a courtesy vehicle to drive! I plan on bringing my Subaru back to Mike Shaw for service in the future as this experience has made me a customer for life! Thank you Ean and Mike Shaw Subaru!
