Christian was sales rep and he was really good. I have 2 issues. First is telling customers that have some kind of mechanical work done that it will only take an hour. I bought car and was told that new tires needed to be put on. The day I purchased they were not available and had to come back the next day. I asked how long my wait would be. I was told 1 hour. Brought car in and it was taken to shop down the road and when Christian came back I was informed that it would be a minimum 3 hour wait. Thinking it was only going to be an hour I didn't get everything I needed out of car. I asked where shop was and was told it was only a couple blocks away. Well that wasn't true. I walked to shop to get what I needed for a 3 hour wait. My wait was 3 hrs 15 min. For a set of tires my total time was 5 hours, 1 hour driving each way and over 3 hours waiting. Talked with mechanic when I went to get what I needed and he told me the sales reps do that all the time. Puts mechanics as the bad guy. He apologized and I told him it was not on him. Don't tell customers that waits are going to be short when you know it won't be. Second issue, make sure sold car has full tank of gas. I was given my car with barely a quarter of a tank. My trade in had a full tank and I like I told christian a full tank for a full tank. Truly didn't fell I should of even had to ask. Courtesy for buying a car.

Service was done in a timely manner and done well. The service writer was courteous. I plan to return for the next service.
