I had another great experience at Mike Shaw Subaru Wednesday, April 12th! After a series of visit in recent months for tires, brakes and air conditioning, Wally Pettengill has remained professional, friendly and patient with me!! I’ve appreciated his consistent communication to keep me informed of what my Forrester’s needs are and able to follow through on returning my car to me in a timely manner. I’m grateful for Wally as well as everyone else in the service department!! I wouldn’t trust my car anywhere else. Thank you!!!

Service staff was excellent to deal with. I described the reason for service with multiple check lights on dash. Upon service dates all lights went off. They checked on board computer and discovered nothing wrong. All service lights returned driving home from the dealership. Waiting for several additional engine cycles to see if they expire prior to returning for additional service. So answer on level of service is still not determined
