Rob did a great job in helping me with my new car purchase. Alex in finance also did a great job in helping me through the paper work. I would consider purchasing another car in the future from Mike Shaw Subaru. The only complaint I have with my new car is that when I arrived home after purchasing the car, with no stops along the way, I noticed that the top of the rear tailgate and roof had a number of sticky black sap spots.

Experience generally good, but I had a 2-hour plus wait, since the representative I was dealing with was being trained and did not inform me, waiting in the lobby area, that the air filter was installed and our car was ready. I found out when I went out to the service area and saw my car parked in your back lot.

Quick oil change and tire rotation

I had an appointment for a ~$50 oil change and rotation that ended up being much more than expected after adding a 30k maintenance and additional problems surfaced. I already suspected most items and was given the choice to accept/reject with photos and details, which I like, so it's all good. Ben Hare was great to work with and the shop gave me a discount so it was actually less than the estimate. Thanks!
