Wally was extremely helpful and courteous

I arrived early to my appointment. One of the many service advisors came right over to help me. He confirmed what was to be done to my vehicle. They gave me an estimate on how long it would take them. I decided to wait for my car. So, they showed me into the repair waiting room. The Waiting Room had plenty of comfortable chairs, large screen tv, drinks and a great variety of snacks. They did a maintenance check on my vehicle. My service advisor Marcus came and explained what they had found and gave me quotes on the issues they had found and asked if I would like to have them done today or wait for a more convenient time. I didn’t have time that day and let them know I would schedule them for another day. They finished my service early and also washed my car. They did a fantastic job on my car. Now it looks great and runs great. Also, since I had booked online, I got a discount and a free tire rotation. They are great to work with. Marcus and everyone there really go out of their way to provide you with outstanding service.

Alejandra Jimenez was absolutely amazing!!! She was able to make the time go by so fast and did not feel like I was there forever!! I will definitely come back once my lease is up! One of the easiest car buying experience I’ve had!

After a series of visit in recent months for tires, brakes and air conditioning, Wally Pettengill has remained professional, friendly and patient with me!! I’ve appreciated his consistent communication to keep me informed of what my Forrester’s needs are and able to follow through on returning my car to me in a timely manner.
