Brought the truck in for new and sudden issue with it running rough. Had to have a couple things replaced to resolve it and the inspection also turned up leaking heater hoses, so I elected to have them replaced at the same time since the truck is 17 years old. When I got the truck back it was running great but the heater wasn't working. Had to take it back for them to diagnose/repair and then all was good. In the process of the second evaluation, they found air in the cooling system after replacing the hoses, which was the culprit for the heater not working. I appreciate them getting it right but feel it could have been tested better before returning it to me, causing me to take it in a second time. They also ran the motor for over 30 minutes which seems excessive. The staff was great, by the way.

The car and paper work were ready when I got there. Shane and all the support staff were ready for me. I got in, got out and on with my life within an hour and a half. Very wonderful experience.

5K oil and rotate service completed. Was perfect in every way. Quick, economical and no BS. Reps were polite and considerate. Only thing I’m used to is a car wash.
